It was ideal stay for us. We had family get together for the New year eve. The relatives live in the area, so staying at the cottage was very convenient for us - close to the family but on our own. It is very comfortable, optimal to accommodate 2 persons. We arrived from Europe, Manchester airport is not too far, 35 min drive, very easy. The area and the town are very nice, beautifully decorated for the season. The host is very friendly and helpful, and even left a bottle of rose prosecco in ice bucket as we arrived on 31st! Thank you so much, we loved everything.

Everthing about the place was top class from facilities to environment but most of all the proprietors don't miss out on the perfect combination for a relaxing holiday

Moor Cottage is brilliantly equipped, comfortable, warm and clean an ideal location for exploring this area of the Peak District I stayed for a full week and left relaxed and rested
