The room and ensuite was a great size and the heating was great. Bed was very comfy and overall the room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. Location was great and easy to get to and around to see the sites.

Our welcome was friendly and accommodating. We had actually booked a twin room, thinking we’d booked a double. The staff went straight to the room and changed the beds around. They made sure that our heating was on. We were advised about the bad weather and travel

Really nice. Ken on reception. Bar duties and everything in between is an absolute star. Made me feel welcome. Made sure I was looked after. Kept a smile on his face even though he was a little under the weather. Perfect customer service

Good hotel location. We got the bus into Windsor easily. Lovely staff, especially Leo your chef but also the waitress staff were excellent.

Parking was free, comfy bed. Local amenities, Windsor castle and national trust, Runnymede, Thorpe park. Great location, just needs 2024 modernisation.

Clearly a very well managed hotel & restaurant. Clean, good food and good service. Light sleepers should note that it is by a busy road and under the Heathrow flightpath. We slept fine.
