A big plus is the air conditioning in both rooms, washing machine and dishwasher.

Very good accommodation. A little bit far away from the city center but if you have a car it is a positive because the apartment is near the ring road over the city and is very easy to leave the city and go to beaches and other towns. Also there is a huge free parking in the city center at the port. The apartment almost has all you need for good holiday.

I had a fantastic experience staying at the Welcomly apartment in the Via Walter Frau complex in Olbia. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect—quiet enough to enjoy peace and rest, yet close to everything, including shops, restaurants, and the beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. The balcony was a lovely spot to enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening. Communication with the Welcomly team was excellent—friendly, fast, and helpful with local tips and recommendations. You can tell they really care about their guests having a great experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Olbia. It truly felt like a home away from home!
