The apartment is very good. The host was extremely helpful, gave us different suggestions and was available for us. The apartment is very clean and spacious. The location is perfect.

Ludovico is a great host! When we arrived he was waiting for us at the time we planned, he showed us the house and all the amenities, and gave us plenty of great recommendations, and was communicative when needed throughout. The apartment is spacious yet cosy and we felt at home. Everything was perfectly clean and comfortable for our one week stay. The location couldn't be better as it is in the heart of the city, with the main thoroughfare on one side with plenty of cafés, live music and restaurants around and the church of Saint Paul just outside the door on the other side, along with a handy tapas place San Paolo Art&food. There is a free parking just 5 minutes away by the shore at Molo Brin, and the walk there is really nice. We tried many different restaurants and we highly reccommend Trattoria Il Gambero, the service, quality and prices were great... especially the Pistacchio pie dessert! We are very glad we chose Ludovico's apartment to stay in Olbia! Grazie mille Ludovico for hosting our stay in your apartment, we hope to come back soon!
