We had a truly lovely stay in Olbia and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from the centre, with convenient paid parking nearby. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and well looked after. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were professional yet genuinely warm and friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. From the moment I first made enquiries before booking, the communication was excellent. They helped arrange parking, provided clear directions from the airport, and made sure we were aware of the limited traffic zones to avoid any fines — which was incredibly helpful. During our stay, they checked in with us daily to make sure everything was going well, which made us feel truly cared for. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection, lovely surroundings, and a friendly atmosphere. A special mention to Barbara, who was absolutely wonderful — so kind, warm, and genuinely welcoming. She made us feel at home, and it was clear she takes real pride in what she does. Also a special thank you to Nadia and Valentina, who clearly work incredibly hard to keep everything running so smoothly. And not forgetting all the staff behind the scenes who keep the place spotless and operating seamlessly — it really shows. You could see that the whole team works well together and truly cares about their guests. I was honestly surprised to read any negative comments, as our experience was nothing but positive. In any business, occasional issues can arise that are beyond control, but this team clearly does everything they can to deliver a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Olbia.
