Staff were great, everything in the rooms were clean, onsen facility was great, though women's were hard to get to. The food provided (breakfast and dinner were filling and had lots of options).

We found this accommodation very convenient and exceptional value - it was a very economical way to travel as a family. Being close to the train station made day trips in the area convenient, and also there were many good places to eat close by if we didn't feel like eating the hotel dinner.
