I like the location and cleanliness of the room. I encountered an issue with the room I was initially assigned; the door would not lock from either the inside or the outside. After contacting the manager, she promptly came to inspect the problem and, without hesitation, moved me to a new room. Her quick response were greatly appreciated, and also the efforts to communicate in English.

Good location, room is a bit small but comfortable enough with amenities and other handy stuff such as hair dryer etc

It was clean and your room gets cleaned everyday for free if you want. In general i had a good stay and got to enjoy Okayama comfortably.
