Very clean, nice and big room with a big fridge a washing machine inside the room, which is pretty convenient. In designed area, you can get whatever you could need for your stay, laundry detergent is also provided so that you really do not have to worry about anything except relax. The hotel itself is quite far from the city centre, but if you don't have problem walking, that's really not a big issue since there is a train station 5 minutes away and also a bus stop just in front of the station. I arrived there with a foot injury, the ladies of the staff have been extremely helpful and nice to me and, since my Japanese is still quite limited, they did their best to understand me. Thank you very much for your patience to you all. Would definitely recommend it.

Large room, fantastic to have personal washer / dryer. Lovely, friendly staff. Great location only one stop from Okayama, and right next to a Family Mart and the railway station.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient—just a 5-minute walk from the train station, and there’s a convenience store (konbini) right next door. Super accessible! When I arrived, I was genuinely surprised by how spacious the room was—it was much bigger than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. One of the best features was having a washing machine right in the room. It made things so much easier, especially for a longer stay. There’s also a mini kitchenette, which I didn’t use much since I was out most of the time, but it’s a great bonus for anyone who prefers to cook their own meals. Overall, it felt more like staying in a serviced apartment than a typical hotel, and at such affordable rates too. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Okayama—definitely book your stay with 3 Wellness!
