Everything! Such a great property with excellent hosts. Spotlessly clean. Well equipped kitchen. Pet friendly with a lovely river for the dogs to cool off in the summer heat. Use of 3 electric bikes. Tranquil location in the French countryside. Highly recommend this property. Hope to get back someday.

I was greeted by the hosts who were welcoming and charming. On arrival, I was immediately made to feel welcome. I was shown the accommodation which was spotless. Maud and Frederic are very sincere, friendly people. They made us (me and my dog) feel so welcome. I could not recommend Le Gite de L’Octroy highly enough.

Everything !! extremely helpful and friendly owners ,explained everything in detail . Private parking , beautiful surroundings , excellent facilities ,clean and very comfortable . Books ,games and DVDs etc for entertainment .
