Hotel Overview

This 5-star hotel, offering an infinity pool with magnificent sea view, is situated on the cliffs high above the Aegean Sea, a short walking distance from the picturesque Oia.
The hotel boasts 22 private houses in restored 300 year-old caves. Each suite enjoys free Wi-Fi internet access and a comfortable seating area.
The wellness centre features a steam bath, sauna, open-air hot tub and massage facilities. The fitness centre opens at 7:30 and closes at 21:00 and allows guests to exercise while taking in views of the cliffs.
Housed in a restored wine cellar, the Perivolas Restaurant serves Mediterranean and Greek cuisine prepared with local products, only to hotel guests. Tables are candlelit with views out to sea.
Free 2-way transfer from the port and airport is available and free private, on-site parking is possible.

This cave-carved suite, once the home of a local winemaker, is characterised by whitewashed walls and smooth vaulted ceiling in the bedroom. It includes a spacious living area which is decorated with handwoven rugs and cushions and a terrace that features an infinity pool, which appears to merge with the Caldera a thousand feet below.

This suite is a beautifully mastered cave house, carved onto the cliffside, according to the traditional architecture. Elegantly and minimally decorated, it has a king size bed, indoor hydrotherapy massage pool and steam room, opening onto a private terrace and heated pool with views over the caldera.

This villa is 200m2 offers excellent views of the Caldera and the famous Santorini sunset. It features one master bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, spa bath and steam shower. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed or twin beds, upon request, and also has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Its large living area includes sofas and a small kitchen with open plan eating area. This space opens up to a private terrace that includes a 16-metre infinity pool.

We had a wonderful stay at Perivolas Hotel! The view is absolutely stunning, the pool is beautiful, and the service was excellent throughout our visit. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of tasty options. It truly felt like a relaxing escape, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
