Honestly one of the best decisions we made on this trip I don’t usually write reviews but this place genuinely deserves one. The apartment itself is beautiful — very clean, quiet, and has that real Santorini feel to it without being over the top. The views from the rooftop are something else. We just stood there taking it in. There’s also a little plunge pool up there which was a lovely bonus, and a courtyard downstairs with olive trees that’s just really peaceful to sit in. But honestly what made the stay was the people. The staff were brilliant from day one — they sat us down and told us everything we needed to know, what to do, what to avoid, how not to get ripped off. That kind of honesty goes a long way when you’re somewhere new. Oh and the restaurant just down the road — Krinaki, literally 2 minutes away — is an absolute gem. We had breakfast there every morning. €10 for two people. Proper food, lovely atmosphere, great value. Go there. The area is really quiet which we loved. No chaos, no crowds on the doorstep. A hidden beautiful gem! The traditional setting you are hoping for on a trip to Santorini. Boutique style rooms, private, personal and even was given an upgrade when I arrived to a room with a jacuzzi and private terrace. Above all excellent service - nothing was too much trouble. Adele was a 5* host - she went out her way to make great recommendations, checking in to see how I was - which as a solo traveller I really appreciated! You have the option to pre-order fresh local breakfast each day from a bakery which was exceptional. All the staff at the hotel were attentive, friendly and took great care of the property and the guests. I can’t wait to return to Edem Boutique Suites.

The place is amazing, all new, clean and organized. The experience of staying in the room that looks like a cave was really great, in addition the stairs that lead to the part of the outdoor bathtub are a differential in the decoration of the room. The whole service itself is top quality, the breakfast was wonderful, and I can't help but record how much the hostess Adele was amazing and attentive to us. I would definitely come back to enjoy more time on site.
