Amazing location - right on the water. Breathtaking views of Lake Ohrid. Balcony was lovely and room and bathroom was recently renovated so was functional but not luxurious. Hotel was clean. Terrace overlooking the water was sadly underutilised. Could be spectacular with right furniture, and a decent menu. Spa was ok - highlight was the sauna with a massive window overlooking the lake - very pretty at night.

Very nice hotel, at arrival we got upgraded to Seaview for free. The breakfast was good, the spa and the staff was also so very friendly. The spa had sauna and steam room and a nice pool.

Clean room, and clean area in all premises. Staff communication, patient and helpful for any information or issue shared. I was promoted with a lake view room. The location is excellent, cool in the very hot days of summer season.
