The location of the apartment is very central, close to the old town and the lake. There are many cafes and a supermarket nearby. The apartment itself is a nice and clean studio apartment with a good shower, comfortable bed and a small and basic kitchenette located in a new building with an elevator. The owner is a nice guy who met me on arrival and answered all my questions

Good location near old town Varosh. You can see a lot of things by walking from apartment. Free parking for the car.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was perfect, close to the lake and restaurants. The host was friendly and helpful, and check-in was easy.
