Received a text with all the check in details ahead of time. Key was in a lock box. Host was outside when I arrived, nice to be greeted in person!

The closeness to the beach. The bathroom's little extras. The kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals. The jigsaw puzzle. The pictures on the walls.

wonderful location a stones throw from the beach clean comfortable well equipped accommodation friendly hosts. There are 2 apartments Ohope Dreamer 1 and Ohope Dreamer 2 one is upstairs the other on ground level each with their own entry. The hosts are immediately next door (big home divided into 3) however we did not hear them and hardly saw them. We stayed upstairs but viewed both apartments. Either were very suitable. We choose upstairs for the beach view from side window. Downstairs the bathroom is bigger, upstairs the bathroom is very compact but was fine for us. Although property is on the main Ohope to Opotiki road we were not troubled by road noise. Highly recommended we would stay again.
