Being able to walk 50 metres to the stunning Ohope beach. Robyn is a wonderful host, with a warm welcome and lots of local tips. Going to sleep to the sound of the surf in the super comfortable bed. Coffee at our beach side table. Eating at Fisherman's Wharf, and at Gibbo's in Whakatane.

Beachfront Bliss absolutely lives up to its name. From start to finish, this was an outstanding experience and one of the best accommodations we have stayed in. The location is unbeatable, right on the beachfront, peaceful, and perfectly positioned for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The property itself is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making it immediately feel welcoming and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean, well organised, and clearly prepared with great care. The accommodation offers a wonderful sense of space, privacy, and calm, making it easy to completely unwind. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the host. Communication was excellent, warm, and professional, with genuine attention to detail and guest comfort. It’s clear the host takes real pride in offering a high-quality experience, and it shows in every aspect of the stay. This is the kind of place you don’t hesitate to recommend and would happily return to. Exceptional accommodation, exceptional hosting, and exceptional value, highly recommended without reservation and also a location for fantastic bike rides.
