Will was so lovely and friendly, he didn't mind speaking up so I could hear him properly either. Great location with a short walk to shops and restaurants, spotting a cool giant carrot along the way. The facilities were great and the chalet was beautiful, cosy and clean.

The chalet was beautifully appointed, so welcoming and stayed warm the whole time! The beds, pillows and lounges all very comfortable, and the bathroom/laundry and kitchen facilities were all above and beyond. Loved it here, favourite place to stay on our trip around NZ.
