The property is in a stunning location with beautiful views. The house itself was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. We stayed during winter, and it was warm and cosy thanks to the heat pump, electric blankets, and even an extra heater provided by the host. The host was extremely accommodating and kindly allowed us to check in early. The photos really don’t do the place justice - it’s even better in person. A 10/10 stay! Our whole group agreed we’d happily stay here again.

the house was very nice and located with views of Mt Ruapehu... the facilities were very new and it is a complete home and very suitable for family or a group of friends..
