The owner, Paolo, made us feel super welcome. His kindness of informing us about places to visit around area made us feel even more welcome. The recommendations and the breakfast were spot on. He even baked a delicious gluten free cake and biscuits. The house is beautiful and the place is peaceful for enjoying the views of Lago di Annone.

The B&B is tastefully designed, very modern and comfortable. I have not had a better breakfast than Paolo's! Local cheese&ham,vegetables from the garten, home made delicious pastry, coffee... The location is perfect to visit all the main attractions&beaches like Varenna, Bellagio, Como etc.. Every day he helped us plan where to go, what to see, what/where to eat. Here you are a beloved and respected guest. Paolo has made our visit unforgettable with his hospitality and friendship. We will be back again💜
