The location was between the old city of Odessa and the best beach (Riviera) of its. There are direct public traffic to center. Extra-ordinary supermarket in the neighborhood. Quit, very good architecture, with style. The equipment is extra-ordinary good and comprehensive. The owner trustful and friendly.
