The hotel exceeded my expectations – it’s fresh and spotless (opened in 2019) with tasteful, minimalist design, yet located right in the heart of the city in a historic building full of character. Every detail is thoughtfully considered – shelves and tables are placed exactly where you need them, and there’s even a cozy smoking room inside. The staff is attentive and always ready to help, often anticipating our needs before we even voiced them.

The location is amazing, everything you might need from Odessa Old Town is right around the corner. The design of the interior is consistent from the entrance of the hotel to every single room. The staff was very hospitable, they answered all of our questions and didn't charge us for extra needs like getting some cups and hot water for tea late at night. The hotel staff is amazing. Our room was clean and cozy with a nice view over Deribasovskaya Street and Miskyy Garden park. Also for the price of one night, the breakfast is amazing and very diverse! You had six choices for meals and additional choices in every choice. Also the coffee was much better than in some other places we checked out in Odessa. Our train was late in the evening and the staff let us keep our luggage at no extra cost in a safe place at the reception desk.
