The room was clean and furnished to a high standard, with a desk to work from and good wifi. The room was located in the main building, surrounded by a U-shaped hostel full of school children. When I arrived I was concerned that this might be a problem in terms of noise. However, all noise finished at around 9pm and the location was very peaceful. The location was halfway between town and the University and was well serviced by Lime scooters. However, if you are walking or using the tram you may need to plan in a little longer to get around.

The place is perfect for kids. there is a big basement with games and also a big yard to play. The room was very clean and inviting.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful historic property. There were plenty of open seating areas. There is a common kitchen which was a convenient option for warming up food or preparing simple meals. Our room in the main manor house was spacious and comfortable. There is also a small nice garden at the back of the house where we took the photo. Ample free parking space. We were allowed to drive our car up to the room entrance to load and unload our luggage. Simple breakfast with daily baked fresh bread. And this hotel has the 'fastest coffee dispenser'. It takes seconds to fill up your mug! Reception staff were both friendly and efficient. The service exceeded our expectations.
