Perfect location, great value for money, friendly and helpful staff, modern and clean bathrooms and showers, self-serve snacks and drinks which you pay for at check-out, good beds, spacious rooms. Couldn’t ask for more!

excellent place and host. place very tranquil at night. host fluent in english with fast response time. picked our luggage up when we arrived by bus from Takayama, so we could start our hike to Tsumago immediately. drove our luggage to the train station when we left so we could have a morning walk to the cobble stone path as well. Safed us from missing our train (thank you again Mika!). Highly recommended.

We stayed one night at Guesthouse Nedoko. The view from our room was amazing, looking over the beautiful green hills. Our room wasn't too big but just perfect for us, also wanted to mention the great communication from the host and helping us with dinner reservations.
