Nice apartment, views are from a distance over house roofs in front of this building, so a bit obscured but still lovely. Nice big veranda. Kitchen well stocked and lots of utensils and cupboard space in kitchen. Location is great near the shopping strip, with Coles and restaurants. Walking distance down to the lovely beach (which isn't patrolled or supervised).

The property is well located with views of the water. I travelled with my elderly parents and found the apartment easy to access from the basement or street level via the lift.
