All cots are free of charge and subject to availability. Please note that there are height-related limitations to the entry to the water park. Please note the aqua park operates in the period 01 June – 15 September, as per hotel time table, and depending on the weather conditions. Please note that the sunbeds and the parasols are subject to availability. Please note that the Italian restaurant "Osteria la Spiaggia" is open from first half of June till first half of September. The Bulgarian restaurant "Haemus" is open from mid June till mid September depending on the weather conditions. The fish restaurant "Morsko Oko" is open from mid June till mid September depending on the weather conditions. Please note that the credit card used for bookings must be presented upon check-in for verification purposes. Please note that if a guest wants to modify their reservation and leave earlier than scheduled he/she will be charged as per the original reservation. No refund will be made for the unused overnights. When booking 9 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

The food was very good and fresh. Playgrounds for kids are in multiple locations. Proximity to the beach (even though some guests wake up at 5 am to put the towels on The sunbeds, this should be forbidden) but not enough sunbeds. The pools are clean.

The perfect location. The beach is wonderful. The food was delicious, but the alcohol wasn't the best quality. If you enjoy the drink, I'd recommend ordering the paid ones or picking something up from the store in the hotel.

The staff is amazing here and very hard working but also friendly. They are the backbone of this resort and a guarantee. The room was lovely, the cleaning was good and the food also. Acqua Park is very nice and clean and also the beach. Compliments for everything ☺️ PS: Our daughter was very pleased with the animators (also us), especially with the "Frozen" show.
