We felt so welcome from the moment we arrived! The farmhouse and other buildings are very tastefully decorated and give you a sense of the history of the farm (which has been in the same family for 600 years). The room was very small and basic which actually added to the experience, and the meals are shared around a family table in the kitchen. The food was delicious! The shared bathroom worked out well and everything was very clean. I definitely recommend this place. Shoutout to Simon for looking after us so well - all the staff were lovely.

We had great stay! Food was just amazing, sauna, hot tub, beautiful landscape, old dog, very well done museum and the possibility to sleep in the museum made this top stay on our Iceland trip.

Top Location at the end of the Valley The room have been refurbished in the style of 100 year ago and are very comfortabel at the same time with tempur mattress’s in a historical box bed A real must-see worth the detour Horse riding tour was perfect Great box river crossing (bridge) included, a great experience
