attentive staff and a lovely environment! Especially liked the Ezo Squirrel sighting tour they held in the morning around the hotel grounds! Our son really enjoyed it! Onsen was really exceptional, certainly can see why it is quite famous in Obihiro! All the staff were great with our family and gave recommendations of family friendly restaurants in the area! I think its extremely great value for money for families!

The rooms were very well furnished. The hotel's location is excellent, with supermart and restaurant accessible by foot. Breakfast sets were unique and wonderfully prepared, especially the bread, soup curry and promanganate vinegar juice. The hotel restaurant staff went out of her way to provide a table of 6 for this large group.

Love everything in this hotel, room size very spacious and nice decoration , breakfast and service was superb. I love the suvenior shop in the hotel too. 😺👍
