The hosts were exceptionally attending, helpful and friendly (they also speak english very well). The rooms were very clean and tidy. If you are looking for a quieter place in the Alps this is your place.

The hosts were incredibly hospitable and made us feel very welcome from the start. The property was impeccably clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The location is fantastic, with an amazing view that made our stay even more special.

I don’t usually stay in BnBs/home-hotels and frankly was not expecting much, but my wife and I was pleasantly surprised. The house is nice, clean, not old-feeling and comfortable. Obviously location is great (8 min by bus from Hallstatt town). The breakfast had coffee (of all sorts), tea, toast, fruit and such. Coffee was literally better than our Hyatt hotel in Vienna. The room is private with own bathroom, very nice and clean. They had a small paid snack bar (NOT tourist prices, surprisingly). The couple who runs the stay is lovely, chatty without being overbearing, and gave us great tips for the local area etc. We will definitely come again!
