The family that manages the place is friendly and welcoming. The apartment is very spacious and has a well-equipped kitchen, even with two bathrooms! Everything was in working order, reflecting the care and maintenance of the place. The cleanliness standards are exceptionally high. This is a perfect place to work, with excellent internet connection and a very quiet environment. The village is a truly rural setting, with many houses having their own stables and agricultural equipment parked outside. You might even encounter a flock of goats or cows returning from grazing. Despite this, the village is incredibly clean and well-served for its size. There are two supermarkets, a bakery, two restaurants, a bank, and a tourist office. You can also request zero-mile food products directly from the owner, such as milk, butter, yogurt, and more. Even though it is in an isolated location, the road to get there is convenient, allowing easy travel to other famous places like Lienz, San Candido or Brunico. There are also beautiful trails nearby, starting directly from the village of Obertilliach, which is also served by a cable lift system. We will definitely be back!

***A big thank you to the lovely owners*** A family run place with apartments and rooms. The owners are super friendly and very supportive. We did not want to leave as it was so lovely! We were three adults and two 16 year olds. We had an apartment and a double room. The apartment has two separate bed rooms, two bath rooms, each with shower and toilet, and a separate large kitchen with all the equipment you need. The double room also has a separate bath room. There is a Gaststube where breakfast is served and which you can use to gather and play games if you wish. You can buy "home made" milk, yoghurt, butter, marmalade and ham from the owners. It is a 5 min walk to the ski lifts or the cable car. You can also walk in 2 min to the ski slope and ski down to the cable car. There is an infrared cabin to warm you after a long day of skiing. Very environmental friendly: Organic garbage is fed to the pig and other garbage is thoroughly separated.
