I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing a cozy retreat after a long day on the slopes. The amenities were top-notch, making our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. Exceptional Staff What truly made our experience memorable was the staff. Goran went above and beyond, offering to drive us to the ski lifts and back, ensuring that we had easy access to the slopes. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help were a highlight of our stay. Monika at the reception was incredibly welcoming, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. It was evident that she genuinely cared about our experience. Owners Rosa Maria and her husband created a warm, homely atmosphere.They catered to all our needs, ensuring that we were comfortable and had everything we required during our stay.

The hotel is truly excellent – an outstanding room, very comfortable bedding, and the staff are absolutely exceptional. In fact, this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Austria. Special praise to the entire team! They also offer a private shuttle that takes you to and picks you up from the ski resort, which is a fantastic service.
