The owners were super helpful and nice. Always up for a quick chat and to lend some advice on where to go for meals. The room was spacious and comfortable with a large bathroom and lovely underfloor heating which was fantastic during our skiing holiday. The spa area is a nice gem which I didn't necessarily expect given this is not a large hotel. Sauna after a long day of skiing and a peaceful area to relax is just what was needed. Breakfast was delicious with typical Austrian options. The car parking was covered which was great as it kept the car free from snow which was so convenient given we drove around the area every day to go to different restaurants. We went for a skiing holiday and took the ski bus to the Hauser Kaibling station every day. Much more convenient than driving every day! The ski bus stopped very conveniently close to the apartment which meant a less than two minutes walk. Overall, we really loved our stay and highly recommend this place for a skiing holiday. And I think it's also a great place if you go during the summer for a hiking holiday.
