Everything! Especially the host, she is very nice and accommodating, making sure all is fine. The place is quiet. It has parking. It is also nearby to gas station, and shops like Aldi. It's about 10km from Garmisch Partenkirchen and would only take 15min to Ski Stadion by car.

We loved everything! The owner is very kind and helpful and her hospitality is outstanding. Location is perfect and views are beautiful. Breakfast was always fresh and tasty. Lot’s of winter activities available nearby. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Surroundings very quiet, nice view from the room and even more from the balcony on the surrounding mountains. Late check-in unproblematic. Breakfast good, but nothing spectacular. Simple, but good food in a restaurant nearby (the Oberauer Alm), which was still open in spite of the total off-season in November. Room furniture with table and chairs. Fast WiFi.
