Good location on George Street. Comfortable room and bed, at the back of the property, overlooking the car park. Good sized shower cubicle in bathroom. Plenty of sockets beside bed and below the TV. TV with HDMI port for Firestick, if required. Although no air conditioning, a fan was provided, located in the wardrobe. Lovely lounge area, with plenty of seating and some games provided e.g. Monopoly. Nice bar/breakfast area and reasonable outside seating. Generally nice interior with good, clean toilets in reception area Buffet breakfast was ok but missing a trick by not serving haggis!

Everything was superb. Great location, free parking great location in the centre of town. Spotlessly clean. Great comfortable bed and lovely quiet room. Fantastic staff . The Scot cannot be faulted.?

Lovely room with a big bed which was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location for the bus and train stations.

Have stayed in this hotel years ago, now renamed and all done up ! What a difference, rooms are very comfy, lovely bathroom and free parking ! All done up in plaid and looks great
