Clean comfortable room with walk in shower Host was very friendly and gives excellent recommendations. Very close to everything in Oban and parking in public car park next door easy to access and not expensive Room cleaned and bed made every day. Stairs up to door and inside but easily managed.

Location was incredible, beautiful views of the water and 5 minute walk into the centre. Lovely pub with a beer garden next door too. Place was very clean and plenty of space in the room. Robert, the host was so friendly and helpful too. Will definitely be staying here if we are in Oban again and recommend to friends and family visiting

Great location with cheap parking adjacent. Lovely clean room, great shower. Quiet yet close to all amenities. The proprietor was extremely welcoming.
