Excellent location. Plenty of free guest parking at the back. Lovely front desk staff. Really good breakfast. Very happy overall. Family rooms are at the back in a separate annex. We knew this from reading the reviews so it didn't bother us. The triple family room was a very good size. We managed to get a reasonable rate for 3 nights b n b so were happy with the overall value for money. It provided a good base for exploring the area and taking the ferry to Mull.

Upon checking in, the reception staff, Stephanie and her colleague were very welcoming, polite and friendly. As the front car park was full, I was kindly given directions for the extra car park at the rear of the hotel. After checking in, we were kindly shown to our room and help was given with taking our luggage. Room was very spacious for our family of 3, comfy pillow and bed. Buffet breakfast was amazing, a good range of variety to choose from. Tea, coffee and fruit juices too. My 6 year old son is a fussy eater, but he chose what he wanted and finished it all 👍🏽 The location was great, close to town and with exceptional seafront and scenic views 🥰

Close to Oban, next to water, swimming pool for my daughter and breakfasts were amazing
