Little touches like fruit freely available, sherry, were great. The large size of room with extra cupboard to store things as well as layout of toilet and relaxing chairs and table for breakfast was lovely yea and coffee facilities were good too. It was well decorated and felt very nice to be in. The staff were nice, especially as I had left a much loved necklace in the shower. They were extremely helpful and I am thankful for such lovely kind people.

The room was great and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and toilet / shower really good and clean. The view from bay window watching ferries and boats was relaxing. Was no breakfast, but did leave out selection of snacks which was nice. Adequate parking both front and rear of hotel.

There are a lot of very thoughtful details that make it so special. Like the binoculars on the window ledge, or the decanter with sherry, and tunnocks tea cakes. The room is beautiful and huge, and the view is stunning. We loved sitting in the armchairs and looking out over the bay. We totally recommend staying here if you have the chance. It's a short walk round the bay, which is also very scenic.
