The room was very pleasant and shower had good water pressure. Quiet and no outside noise. Guest offered dram of whisky.

The property was clean, well decorated and inviting. I really liked our room, it was spacious and had good amenities. I really enjoyed the guest lounge and complimentary whiskey! The hosts were great, so friendly and welcoming. Some of the best customer service I’ve received.

The room was huge! and by far the largest we had stayed in on our 17 day trip of Scotland. Our room had a side view of the sea, the room was very clean and the bathroom was large, fitted out with both a shower room and a large bath. There was,as we knew, no breakfast included, but plenty of places to eat close by, however, there was complimentary water, orange juice and croissants in the small fridge in the room which was a nice bonus

Stunning views and generous size of room , comfortably appointed. Owner very helpful and upgraded my friend to a sea view room. A nice old building that has retained many traditional features. Although expensive it was pretty good value for money. Very clean , and owner very happy to have bikers, albeit 70 years of age!!

Great homely vibes and super friendly. Tea, coffee and snacks in the room all provided under the cost of the booking. We had a smaller room at the rear of the building by with a shower ensuite and small bar fridge.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. It was nice to be welcomed with a complimentary tipple of whisky and port upon arrival. The view of the water from our room was lovely. The location was within walking distance of the city centre but unfortunately it was cold, windy and rainy for the one evening we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy the walk along the water to the centre. Complimentary off street parking was appreciated.

Good view even though the room is at the back of the building. Park space for every room. We arrived at 13:30 and were able to check in early. Comfortable bed.
