Walking distance into Oban, off-street parking, spacious room and we were given assistance up the stairs with our luggage.

Excellent location. The room was lovely with all amenities. The owner was very friendly & welcoming. Plentiful selection on the tea/coffee tray. Nice & quiet too. Thoroughly recommend & would stay again.
