The fine print
Water is scarce in Oaxaca, please take short showers and do not waste water, if you see a leak please report it, you will be given a full tank, if it is detected that you wasted water; you will be charged for the tanker, in addition to this, we told you that to refill it requires a minimum of one day of waiting, the studio is on the street so there may be noise, do not unclog the drains as cockroaches can come out from there, do not put your feet on tables or the sofa, or use the towels as mats. We also ask that you do not smoke, if the smell of cigarettes is detected, an extra cleaning fee will be charged.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The location is excellent and the lady in charge of the studio was very attentive.

The apartment has an amazing location, 5 minute walk to the busy centre! The host is lovely and attentive! Collecting the keys was easy and straight forward. The bed was huge, multiple pillows, TV, kitchen with lots of utensils to use.
