The staff were extremely helpful. They allowed us to check in very early and check out much later- this was greatly appreciated! Our laundry was done by the hotel in extra quick time and always back to our room way before we expected. The rooms were spacious, light and airy. A good energy in the hotel. I would definately stay there again.

The staff were wonderful and helpful. The location was excellent. The hotel overall was quiet. The rooms were clean and spacious and the bed comfortable. The staff arranged for a taxi to take us to a Palenque which worked perfectly for us.
