Great little unit with a new refurbishment. Bed was very comfortable. 1 minute walk to Phoenix centre where we had dinner.

I expected much less when reading previous reviews. I was pleasantly surprised that the room (no.7) had undergone an upgrade compared to the reviews and pictures on the site. I would suggest an upgrade on the pics would be handy...or maybe I was lucky with the room allocation?

It was nice and close to town, and Marjorie was very helpful changing over our room with two beds.

The hotel was amazing, the customer service provided to us when we arrived was amazing. I will forever be thankful to the receptionist lady who made sure that our stay for the long weekend was excellent. Thank you once again! We apologies if we left any mess behind with the rooms.
