owner very helpful and cherry.room nice and warm during cold nights,close to town,takeaway shops and 2 blocks from start of town.have stayed here a few times when in oamaru .would highly recommend staying at the alpine if in oamaru

The friendly reception when we arrived. The exceptional way of ensuring we had a most comfortable and pleasant stay. Eventhough it is an older and ordinary motel on state highway one the road noise was not a problem for us. The cooking facillities were adequate.
