The room is exactly as pictured in photos so you don’t get any sort of surprises, it’s small but very comfortable with plenty of space for whatever items you may have. The entire property is very clean and well kept, Kent offers many items for use in the shared areas and it’s very much appreciated! Out of my two week stay in Adelaide, this was the best property and I wish I had just booked here initially.

Budget accomodation with a clean comfortable bed and use of a clean well organized kitchen.

Modern house wedged between two other houses and neighbours quiet - barely hear external noise. Within 10 min walk to train & bus routes, Coles supermarket, excellent pub and good fish & chip eat in/take away. Excellent communication from the host regarding housemates staying & leaving. Fresh salad vegetables grown in the small back yard for consumption by guests. Host lives in the main bedroom the the front of the house but when he is away and no other guests you feel like it is yours! Host listens to constructive feedback and has made small changes in response for the benefit of future guests.
