great location, everything on the door step. The property was very well presented with a lovely little welcome hamper from the host. nice and clean, décor and furnishing to a high standard. would definitely book again when I'm back in the area.

The property is a beautiful first floor apartment in the centre of Oakham. Furnished beautifully with all the facilities you could need. A lovely little welcome basket and card, plus a follow up message in the morning to check we were ok. Absolutely would stay here again.

The property is absolutely fabulous, a credit to its owners, who were also extremely helpful. As a family we travel to Oakham 2/3 times per year, this will now be our goto place, if available of course. Location was perfect for our needs being centrally located in the town, but also the perfect place for peace and quiet. Welcome basket was a perfect touch. Car parking is currently an issue for non UK tourist (but is being worked on) as it is not possible to download local apps for car parks on a foreign mobile phone. We did find a solution for this through a very helpful local resident who put our car on their app, we did of course pay for the parking.
