The property is absolutely fabulous, a credit to its owners, who were also extremely helpful. As a family we travel to Oakham 2/3 times per year, this will now be our goto place, if available of course. Location was perfect for our needs being centrally located in the town, but also the perfect place for peace and quiet. Welcome basket was a perfect touch. Car parking is currently an issue for non UK tourist (but is being worked on) as it is not possible to download local apps for car parks on a foreign mobile phone. We did find a solution for this through a very helpful local resident who put our car on their app, we did of course pay for the parking.

Fabulous place, right in the centre of Oakham. The flat is absolutely beautiful and extremely homely. Beds are comfortable, the place is extremely well equipped. The owners left a very kind welcome pack. This is our second visit this year, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
