Convenient location for visit I was making. Parking avaiable. Clean room and good quality linen Comfortable bed Excellent breskfast.

Great food, great hosts in the evening (less so at breakfast!). Emily & her Mum run a great ship during the evening, but at breakfast in their absence it almost sank. To be fair there was just a chef running the kitchen & FOH on his own, with a full breakfast room, but some acknowledgment prior to me going into the kitchen would have been nice! We waited over 45 minutes for service, but I haven’t knocked my scores down as the guy was fine when he did get to us. Great breakfast - but very dry in the absence of beans & mushrooms.

The chef was amazing. The evening meal was divine. The staff were lovely and helpful. The Inn was in a pretty village away from busy roads.
