Very good location for a family wedding in a local village and for walking into Oakham. Very clean and nicely presented and lots of board games etc and well equipped kitchen. The bath slip mat was very useful for the over bath shower! Lots of nice hot water. We didn't have time to use the garden but it seemed nice. Lou always came back quickly with any queries we had.

It was clean and tidy. We were only there for 2 nights. To stay there without a car would be a disaster as there are no local amenities!
