Great apartment, clean and well appointed - and nice and warm considering the below freezing temperatures outside! Welcome basket, plenty of coffee and the most organised and comprehensive information binder ever! Great location and reserved parking spot a bonus. Excellent communication with the hosts too - perfect start to the new year, thank you.

Excellent location - walkable to most of Oakham. On a quiet road which has restaurants and boutique shops along it. A very spacious apartment. It is warm and luxuriously furnished. It was an absolute joy to be there.
