Love the size and the feel of it was so nice! It was also just 10 minutes away from Rutland Waters which was very convenient. The owner was lovely and checked to make sure we had everything we needed.

Absolutely beautiful cottage. It has everything you could need. So clean & spacious, nothing out of place - its perfect!! Parking an added bonus. Wonderful owners who give such a warm welcome.. Just a 10/15 minute walk into the centre of oakham.

The property was very quiet and secluded, but only 5 minutes down the road was a supermarket to get supplies. A perfect place to be to cozy up out of the cold winter weather. Close to Rutland waters, so well placed for walks, bike rides and adventures with the kids.
