Superb location, spotlessly clean, kitchen had everything you needed and the goodies left out and the welcome pack were much appreciated. Great restaurants only 2 minutes walk away and car park just round the corner. Will be back.

The owners couldn’t have been more helpful. They had thought of everything you’d need for your stay. Lots of treats on arrival which lasted throughout the stay. Property was very clean and cosy. Lovely location too to explore Rutland Water. Definitely going back again. Deserve 10 out of 10 rating.
