The fine print
Our standard check-in is from 17:30 Wednesday to Saturday and from 15:00 on Sunday, Monday & Tuesday. However, guests are very welcome to have an early check-in on request. This can be arranged for a lunchtime arrival during opening hours, or an afternoon arrival, with your key being placed in our key safe. You will require a code to access the key safe. PLEASE NOTE that due to current staffing levels, the Inn reception, bar and restaurant is currently closed on a Monday & Tuesday all day. Guests will self check-in via the key safe on these days. A reduced room rate is offered on a Monday & Tuesday.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Lovely pub in a fabulous, rural setting. Food was gorgeous & well priced. Staff really friendly & helpful. My room was spotless, spacious & extremely comfortable & quiet. I stayed in the area for a trip on the Flying Scotsman from Bishop’s Lydeard, around 15 mins easy drive away.
