The staff were very nice and helpful, among the nicest staff members in the service industry that I have met in the last year or so.

The manager , Sam , was exceptionally helpful. He changed my room to a one with a better WiFi connection and was happy for me to have a late check out without added charges.

The guy during checkin was a rockstar. I had a problem with my check-in and he was patient and super helpful. Great problem solver and very personable.

Miami inn was perfect! Very clean, the team was very kind and help us a lot . The room was very clean and lovely place to be. The location perfect. Very recommend!!!
